Pieces in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Made to order pieces are handmade in our Sydney studio and take 4 to 6 weeks. Engagement and High Jewellery pieces take 4 to 8 weeks.
Once dispatched, express delivery takes 1 to 3 business days to metropolitan areas and 2 to 5 to regional areas.
Collection from The Loft in Darlinghurst can be arranged by appointment.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition and packaging with hallmarks intact. Made to order, bespoke and engraved pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Your piece is made to last, but like all fine jewellery it will evolve with wear. Soft marks and shifts in finish are natural.
Gold & Silver
Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid chlorine in pools and cleaning products. Silver prefers to be worn.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Store separately to prevent scratching. Clean gently with mild soap and water. Check settings periodically.
Chains
Store flat or hanging to prevent kinks. Avoid pulling or catching on clothing.
General Care
Remove jewellery before swimming, cleaning or heavy physical activity.
