Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Complimentary express shipping

All Australian orders are sent with complimentary express shipping. Every parcel is fully insured, tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Please ship to an address where someone can sign during business hours.

Dispatch times

Pieces in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Made to order pieces are handmade for you in our Sydney studio and typically take 4 to 6 weeks before dispatch. Bespoke commissions and stone-set pieces may take longer, and we will confirm a timeframe with you directly.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, express delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days to metropolitan areas and 2 to 5 business days to regional areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at jackson@brohnsmith.com and we will follow it up with the carrier.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your piece in person from The Loft in Darlinghurst, contact us to arrange an appointment.

International orders

We are not shipping outside Australia at this time. If you are overseas and would like to purchase a piece, contact us and we will let you know when international shipping is available.
