SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship within Australia only at this time. Every Australian order is sent with complimentary express shipping, fully insured, tracked and requiring a signature on delivery. Please ship to an address where someone can sign during business hours.
Dispatch
Pieces in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Made to order pieces are handmade for you in our Sydney studio and typically take 4 to 6 weeks before dispatch. Engagement and High Jewellery pieces take 4 to 8 weeks. Bespoke commissions and stone-set pieces may take longer, and we will confirm a timeframe with you directly.
Delivery
Once dispatched, express delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days to metropolitan areas and 2 to 5 business days to regional areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@brohnsmith.com and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Collection from The Loft
If you would prefer to collect your piece in person from The Loft in Darlinghurst, contact us to arrange an appointment.
International orders
We are not shipping outside Australia at this time. If you are overseas and would like to purchase a piece, contact us at info@brohnsmith.com and we will let you know when international shipping is available.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return an eligible piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all hallmarks intact. Pieces that show signs of wear, resizing, alteration or damage cannot be accepted. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Made to order, bespoke and engraved pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for change of mind returns. If something is wrong with your piece, contact us at info@brohnsmith.com and we will put it right.
